Sea-level rise will have a significant effect on Marin County. The MVCAN Eco-Warriors are looking to raise awareness in our community with an upcoming local 'Beach Party' where the beach WILL BE in 2030. A fun-filled and educational event replete with beachballs, sandcastle contests, eco-friendly vendors and environmental org booths meant to get our community involved in combating climate change.

PLEASE JOIN US ON FRI, OCT 6TH AT 6 PM AT THE CALIFORNIA ALPINE LODGE for our initial planning meeting of this memorable event. The first hour will involve a BBQ and event discussion. We want this meeting to be as fun as the event itself so we hope you will come early for the hike and stay later for the music!  Details and RSVP below.
